Unfortunately, most lubricants are specifically formulated not only to lubricate, but also to moisturize the skin. Your best bet to avoid this is also to avoid good lubricants, as they will do the opposite of what a quality lubricant would.

In order to NOT moisturize, you’d be looking for a water-based lubricant that’s high in glycerine content and possibly even contains alcohol, which is drying. The unfortunate downside to this is that the lubricant will dry up and/or get sticky before you finish the job – which is why most lubricants specifically used for masturbation are either silicone-based or oil-based – so they will stay slick until you complete and you wash off with soap and water.

Sadly, a drying lubricant is just that – drying, and there’s no real way around that fact, which is also why manufacturers avoid water-based and high-glycerine-content lubricants when they make formulations specifically for masturbation.

Your only other bet would be a soap or a lotion – which potentially could be moisturizing again, but at least it will absorb in or wash off easily in that instance.
